Education Preparation Program Refund Policy

Program enrollment and setup fee: This one-time fee covers enrollment administration, review of prior education and experience, required safety screenings, and development of your Professional License Plan (PLP).

You may cancel for a full refund a) before your PLP Creation Meeting begins, or b) through the third business day after the latest of: signing your enrollment agreement, paying the fee, or first attending or accessing program services. After both periods have ended, the fee is nonrefundable. If Alcott cannot provide the services, the fee will be refunded.
